My car was repaired by Nirmal Singh, who was a massive help with giving me a thorough insight to the issues, provided me with a fair price and service and was done very quickly. NORM! The best mechanic out there! Goes so far above and beyond and even teaches you a few things along the way. Mechanics as good as norm are very hard to find, and ACE is extremely lucky to have him. As frustrating as car troubles are, l know the problem will be solved with Norm.

I used this company’s services and got an appointment in less than 24 hours. Liam showed up and was extremely professional and competent. My car was stuck on level two of an underground parking lot with a flat tire and a dead engine. He changed the tire, towed the car, and then replaced all four ignition coils—all in just two hours, including diagnostics and ordering the parts.
The price was extremely reasonable considering the breakdown and towing, just $700. I would have certainly paid much more elsewhere. So, thank you, Liam, and thanks to this company.

I had Norm from ACE Mechanics to do a pre inspection on a motor vehicle I am looking to purchase. I was given a thorough and detailed report on the car. The whole process from the initial booking, was so easy with ACE Mechanics, it is well worth the cost for the pre inspection. I would definitely use ACE Mechanics again.
I've got to say Norman was the most friendly and knowledgeable mechanic I've met. He will be our go to guy from now on!! Absolutly UNBELIEVABLE service from Norman - it's not often you find an honest and professional mechanic that knows exactly what needs to be done from a quick diagnosis. The team at Ace mechanics was fantastic. Called them up and had someone out to the house to check the car out that afternoon. Allan did a great job on my car and really took the time to show and explain to me what he was gonna do and why it was necessary. I was thrilled with the price too. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Norm came for a pre-purchase inspection for a car I was considering buying. The guy was an absolute professional and a top bloke to boot. Didn't sugar coat everything, pointed out things that weren't ideal but wasn't pessimistic and gave me a good positive overall view of things. Didn't rush, the whole process took as long as it needed to. He is a real asset to the company and I'm really thankful for his help!
The 21 year old BMW was leaking coolant and I was panicking - got in touch with ACE Mechanics who could’ve been at my location that same day, but we’re flexible enough to work around my schedule and had me booked in the very next morning. Norm the mechanic was unbelievably knowledgeable as well as personable. He ran all the fault finding to diagnose the issue then obtained and replaced the fuel pump while my car was disabled in a carpark, saving any towing costs. The period from calling ACE to driving away was under 2 hours (NW Melbourne on a weekday).
If I need mechanic help again, I will using ACE and asking for Norm.

Absolutely recommend this service! Had a pre purchase inspection done on a second hand vehicle. Visually the car was great, car history outstanding, full service logs kept, and reasonable price.
Report showed many, many issues that were not visible. Helped me avoid a lenon big time. The mechanic Liam was super friendly, and his communication and patience was appreciated seeing he waited 40+ mins after the seller slept in and didn't answer his door or calls.
Will definitely be using these guys for any further checks needed.

Friendly and efficient service. Called around 12 noon mobile mechanic arrived around 1.30pm job completed approx 4.00pm. Mechanic explained very clearly what the problem was before commencing the job and how much it was going to cost. I will be recommending to our friends and will certainly use your service again.

I had ace come out to do an independent assessment of my vehicle and diagnostics after another mechanic failed to repair an issue after 5 days and because I had doubts around the work they stated they completed. My mechanic diagnosed correctly all issues and then subsequently repaired the vehicle and completed the works the previous mechanic failed to compete within 3 hrs He provided a full report with photos which I will be using to seek compensation and to take the matter to consumer affairs for remedy. I can't thank you enough for the work you done and the integrity, honesty & due diligence in repairing my car. Liam was polite, professional and offered advice that was helpful. He also polished my very worn headlights to make them look like new! I’ve posted what they looked like before and after. easy to book a mechanic over the phone for a time that suits me, the lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding. Nick, the mechanic who came out to replace the alternator was here in the time frame quoted , he got to work on my car in some not so pleasant weather, and had it done in 1.5 hours . would use their service again and recommend them to others who need a mechanic to come to their car to fix it.
I enquired this morning via website as I required a new alternator and my car was completely dead. I got a phone call from the company within 5 minutes and was booked in for a couple of hours later. Ali was the mechanic and he rang me to let me know when he would arrive etc. He completed the job professionally and efficiently and kept me in the loop. My central locking had failed in 3 of my 4 doors. Mechanic came to my house had parts ordered within an hour. Then scheduled a day that suited me for install. Had the job finished in under an hour and very friendly service. Highly recommend if you work a lot like myself. As they come to you while you work.
Great communication and punctual, very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, identified other issues and was able to address with a plan that was timely. I would highly recommend and definitely not use anyone else in future!
