Absolutely Fantastic! Julie from Ace Mechanics - Quoted me $9,600 to fix Glow plug and oil leak. Ace Mechanics did the job for $3000. Wow very impressive. They were understanding of the creativity Mercedes employs when servicing your vehicle, and ONLY replaced what was needed. The Van runs very well now and very, very happy. The best spot to go to get your Mercedes serviced in Melbourne INMHO. Don't pay over 3 times as much at Mercedes dealerships, cause you don't need too!

I engaged ACE Mechanics to conduct a Pre Purchase Check on a vehicle, I found that their service and vehicle inspection to be very thorough and Proffesional. Luckily for the evaluation I have decided not to go ahead with the purchase as it would have been a very expensive outcome for me. I had Ace Mechanics perform a Pre-Purchase Vehicle Inspection so I knew what I was buying. I had Will inspect a second hand car for me and couldn't be happier with the service received. The report was very detailed and listed all the issues he had with it (it was a 2010 vehicle so was not in the best condition). Once I went over the report we had a chat on the phone so he could better explain some issues I had with the vehicle itself which was great and I left with full confidence in knowing what I was buying.

Stumbled across this company after searching for a KIA service centre who could take my vehicle for a diagnostic for an urgent issue. After having no luck with the others I contacted ACE who were extremely helpful and had no issue with sending a team on site to help me. They arrived next morning within the time frame I had been given and diognosed the problem and gave me details and a quote. They did the repairs and were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.
I'd called another service (my own vehicle's brand servicer), waited 2 days without further follow-up up.I called Ace at 11.00am on the day, mechanic arrived at 12.15pm! Mechanic was very pleasant, and knowledgeable. Assessed my urgent job quickly, immediately left and returned quickly with required parts. Completed the job with no delay then gave a bit of a discount on his already fair quote. Bloody impressed and will call you again if I have any future issues. 6 out of 5!

Good morning, my name is Marg, unfortunately my starter was getting old like me, so after a couple of phone calls, I rang Ace Mechanics, spoke to Alan, he was amazing and helpful with approx of cost of fixing of car. Their are mobile service which is easier as not waiting hours at a workshop. The mechanic came, Mohamad, he is so polite and helpful, actually still in shock as being in my 70s was like the old time of feeling being treated politely and genuine. Thank you and Alan for making me feel like a person not a number. I will most definatly be recommending and being a return customer. Liam started working to jack up my car, well before i had even got to pass him my keys, took a video from underneath the engine, identified the issue and gave me the directions for resolution. Friendly and efficient service. Called around 12 noon mobile mechanic arrived around 1.30pm job completed approx 4.00pm. Mechanic explained very clearly what the problem was before commencing the job and how much it was going to cost. I will be recommending to our friends and will certainly use your service again.

I had ace come out to do an independent assessment of my vehicle and diagnostics after another mechanic failed to repair an issue after 5 days and because I had doubts around the work they stated they completed. My mechanic diagnosed correctly all issues and then subsequently repaired the vehicle and completed the works the previous mechanic failed to compete within 3 hrs He provided a full report with photos which I will be using to seek compensation and to take the matter to consumer affairs for remedy. I can't thank you enough for the work you done and the integrity, honesty & due diligence in repairing my car. SUPER impressed with the service I received from Ace. My car broke down on Saturday, by Monday an Ace mechanic came to my house, diagnosed and fixed the issue, and completed a full service. He explained everything he was doing, didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need, and was really transparent about costs etc. Will 100% use Ace again.

easy to book a mechanic over the phone for a time that suits me, the lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding. Nick, the mechanic who came out to replace the alternator was here in the time frame quoted , he got to work on my car in some not so pleasant weather, and had it done in 1.5 hours . would use their service again and recommend them to others who need a mechanic to come to their car to fix it.
I enquired this morning via website as I required a new alternator and my car was completely dead. I got a phone call from the company within 5 minutes and was booked in for a couple of hours later. Ali was the mechanic and he rang me to let me know when he would arrive etc. He completed the job professionally and efficiently and kept me in the loop. Great, friendly service - would 100% recommend 😀

My central locking had failed in 3 of my 4 doors. Mechanic came to my house had parts ordered within an hour. Then scheduled a day that suited me for install. Had the job finished in under an hour and very friendly service. Highly recommend if you work a lot like myself. As they come to you while you work.
