My car had died in my garage so I contacted ACE. The mechanic, Norm, arrived the next morning bright and on time. He worked on my car and fixed the issue which was electrical. Norm is polite, obliging, tidy and efficient. The charge was reasonable for the work Norm did and I am happy to recommend ACE.

We recently had Stan do a pre-purchase inspection on a 2012 Honda Civic, my son's first car. Not only was there a very thorough easy to read report with many photos, Stan called and explained any issues, answered my questions, was professional and generous with his time. Nirmal Singh came out to inspect a Honda Jazz that I was looking to buy as fast as an hour after I got off the phone with him. Report came in 2 hours after with a phone call running me through his findings. Fast, efficient, only pointer I had is that he was a little hard to hear over the phone combined with the fact that I sometimes felt I didn't understand the car parts he was referring to.

I spent days trying to diagnose this, i would have never thought this was the issue. Not only was he patient and explained everything he was doing (im very particular about who works on my car) but he explained how he would fix it and was very careful with my car. It Did not take long to fix and for the call out price on a weekend to get all my lights working again on a really hot day i cannot complain honestly. He deserves a raise honestly
I had Nirmal Singh work on my patrol yesterday. He was early, polite and has very good work ethic. He showed me and explained the invoice. Really nice bloke. I’m a qualified electrician of 27 years and was a supervisor and project manager. I have been around 1000’s of tradesman and I can tell if a person is any good. This guy is very good. He wouldn’t even take a $20 tip. Ace are my new mechanics because of Nirmal. Look after this bloke ace, he’s one of the ones that will draw customers in( I’m telling my family and friends). Professional as they get.He had to leave to get a filter and have lunch, he was back working on the car under 30 min. Thanks Nirmal I appreciate your work. Used Ace mechanics for a service after my usual service centre closed down. Really easy and convenient, and the mechanic, Liam, also explained how I could fix my tyre pressure monitors, which had stumped the previous dealership service centre. Will definitely be using them for future services
Ace Mechanics did a fantastic job on diagnosing and resolving the issue with my car. Nirmal was the mechanic and he was outstanding - explained what the issue was and what needed to be done. I used ACE MECHANICS to repair the power window that was damaged when someone smashed the window. I tried to book an appointment in the official car dealer, but I couldn't book it until a month away when I need to fix it asap as the window did not close. ACE MECHANICS scheduled the appointment in two days and they sent Luke who is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable mechanic. He managed to find the parts, pick it up and came back to fix it within a couple of hours. The total price is reasonable and I definitely recommend ACE MECHANICS and Luke to anyone who needs to fix Auto electric issue!
Amazing Service. Nirmal Singh came out to the house and replaced my radiator and had me back on the road in no time. Nirmal was extremely knowledgeable on my vehicle and fully explained the issue, provided the necessary information for the repairs and completed the job within the agreed timeline and at the quoted cost. This was incredibly convenient and potentially saved me a significant amount of money, as if I had tried to drive it from my home to a repair shop, my car overheating could have caused even more problems. Friendly and efficient service. Called around 12 noon mobile mechanic arrived around 1.30pm job completed approx 4.00pm. Mechanic explained very clearly what the problem was before commencing the job and how much it was going to cost. I will be recommending to our friends and will certainly use your service again.

I had ace come out to do an independent assessment of my vehicle and diagnostics after another mechanic failed to repair an issue after 5 days and because I had doubts around the work they stated they completed. My mechanic diagnosed correctly all issues and then subsequently repaired the vehicle and completed the works the previous mechanic failed to compete within 3 hrs He provided a full report with photos which I will be using to seek compensation and to take the matter to consumer affairs for remedy. I can't thank you enough for the work you done and the integrity, honesty & due diligence in repairing my car. easy to book a mechanic over the phone for a time that suits me, the lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding. Nick, the mechanic who came out to replace the alternator was here in the time frame quoted , he got to work on my car in some not so pleasant weather, and had it done in 1.5 hours . would use their service again and recommend them to others who need a mechanic to come to their car to fix it.
I enquired this morning via website as I required a new alternator and my car was completely dead. I got a phone call from the company within 5 minutes and was booked in for a couple of hours later. Ali was the mechanic and he rang me to let me know when he would arrive etc. He completed the job professionally and efficiently and kept me in the loop. My central locking had failed in 3 of my 4 doors. Mechanic came to my house had parts ordered within an hour. Then scheduled a day that suited me for install. Had the job finished in under an hour and very friendly service. Highly recommend if you work a lot like myself. As they come to you while you work.
