I had a tricky problem and Singh arrived, listened to what the issue was and went to work. He identified the issues and solutions then repaired them quickly and retested the car. So convenient and he took the time to find out and fix it - use ACE as your first point especially when they come to you and getting booked in quickly was easy.

Big job of fixing an oil leak and was executed almost without any issues. The car had higher idle rpms after and they send somebody free of charge to adjust it and did it in 10 minutes. Now the car is running nice and smooth. Very happy with the job and service.
Will was amazing, he came out assessed my car within minutes and then it only took him about an hour to replace my drive belt and alternator. He was really friendly and explained everything to me in great detail, so I was confident he knew what he was doing and didn’t rip me off. At the end he let me take it for a spin before I paid to make sure I was happy and nothing else needed fixing. Great company, would definitely recommend.

He did not give me a lecture on my silly mistake , was informative, gave me tips on mistakes to avoid and always made me laugh.Made sure everything was fixed before he could leave. did not say once that he needs to rush and go to another job. The mechanic was on time .. very friendly and knew his stuff. He was helpful and alerted me to a couple of other issues. I let my car go too long when it was overdue for service and paid for it when it broke down. I would use Ace again and would recommend them to others. Thank you

Had a bloke by the name of Luke who came to look at my colarado. He spent some time trying to diagnose the problem. After some time, Luke was able to get me back on the road and my car is running Luke new. Would highly recommend Luke to get you out of your mechanical problems.

Absolutely Fantastic! Julie from Ace Mechanics - Quoted me $9,600 to fix Glow plug and oil leak. Ace Mechanics did the job for $3000. Wow very impressive. They were understanding of the creativity Mercedes employs when servicing your vehicle, and ONLY replaced what was needed. The Van runs very well now and very, very happy. The best spot to go to get your Mercedes serviced in Melbourne INMHO. Don't pay over 3 times as much at Mercedes dealerships, cause you don't need too!

I engaged ACE Mechanics to conduct a Pre Purchase Check on a vehicle, I found that their service and vehicle inspection to be very thorough and Proffesional. I had Ace Mechanics perform a Pre-Purchase Vehicle Inspection so I knew what I was buying. I had Will inspect a second hand car for me and couldn't be happier with the service received. The report was very detailed and listed all the issues he had with it (it was a 2010 vehicle so was not in the best condition). Once I went over the report we had a chat on the phone so he could better explain some issues I had with the vehicle itself which was great and I left with full confidence in knowing what I was buying.

Friendly and efficient service. Called around 12 noon mobile mechanic arrived around 1.30pm job completed approx 4.00pm. Mechanic explained very clearly what the problem was before commencing the job and how much it was going to cost. I will be recommending to our friends and will certainly use your service again.

I had ace come out to do an independent assessment of my vehicle and diagnostics after another mechanic failed to repair an issue after 5 days and because I had doubts around the work they stated they completed. My mechanic diagnosed correctly all issues and then subsequently repaired the vehicle and completed the works the previous mechanic failed to compete within 3 hrs He provided a full report with photos which I will be using to seek compensation and to take the matter to consumer affairs for remedy. I can't thank you enough for the work you done and the integrity, honesty & due diligence in repairing my car. easy to book a mechanic over the phone for a time that suits me, the lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding. Nick, the mechanic who came out to replace the alternator was here in the time frame quoted , he got to work on my car in some not so pleasant weather, and had it done in 1.5 hours . would use their service again and recommend them to others who need a mechanic to come to their car to fix it.
I enquired this morning via website as I required a new alternator and my car was completely dead. I got a phone call from the company within 5 minutes and was booked in for a couple of hours later. Ali was the mechanic and he rang me to let me know when he would arrive etc. He completed the job professionally and efficiently and kept me in the loop. My central locking had failed in 3 of my 4 doors. Mechanic came to my house had parts ordered within an hour. Then scheduled a day that suited me for install. Had the job finished in under an hour and very friendly service. Highly recommend if you work a lot like myself. As they come to you while you work.
