One phone call and appointment booked for the next morning. That alone deserves more than 5 Stars. Price to use the mobile service was better than expected with costs for call out and diagnoses discussed and confirmed at time of booking.
OSMAN attended at our home at 8am as promised and queried the issue. it took less than the required 15 minutes to find the major coolant leak and explain what will be needed to fix the issue. Osman also at our request looked over the whole car and noticed some faulty service workmanship that if not addressed would have caused further major issues. (Such as only putting in minimal oil and new spark plugs into a dirty engine.) Osman notice and informed me of each issue he found and the leak. I also requested new rear brakes as they didn't feel right and Osman was Happy to complete all the tasks after he had quoted the price for the work and parts and we accepted the quote. The quote was a very pleasant surprise as I expected a mobile service to cost a lot more. The overall cost was well under the price I expected to pay compared to another company who did less work, less care and cost more. Osman is a VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY Mechanic who was so knowledgable about cars and explained and showed all the parts he replaced and the damaged part. By doing this I knew we had finally found a very reliable honest company that does not attempt to take advantage of a persons budget. My car sounds and runs like it is a new car, even though it is more than 10 years old.
OSMAN deserves to be acknowledge for the friendly kind person who worked hard to ensure my car is running to a high standard. His commitment to provide amazing service needs also to be acknowledged as he described working for ACE MECHANICS as a great job that allows him to meet many different people and assist them with their car needs. I always believe if someone is happy doing their job then the job will be done at the highest standard they can provide. Happy employer means happy employees. He always smiled was very clean and ensured his work van was in order so when he needed anything he could locate it quickly. Having not really used a mobile mechanic service for a major issue in my 63 years I can only say I will never take my car into a workshop again unless recommended by this company. Osman 05 was very thorough with the pre-purchase inspection and gave me a call to explain what he had found and what implications that had for the car I was buying. My car had died in my garage so I contacted ACE. The mechanic, Norm, arrived the next morning bright and on time. He worked on my car and fixed the issue which was electrical. Norm is polite, obliging, tidy and efficient. The charge was reasonable for the work Norm did and I am happy to recommend ACE.

I had ace come out to do an independent assessment of my vehicle and diagnostics after another mechanic failed to repair an issue after 5 days and because I had doubts around the work they stated they completed.
My mechanic diagnosed correctly all issues and then subsequently repaired the vehicle and completed the works the previous mechanic failed to compete within 3 hrs
He provided a full report with photos which I will be using to seek compensation and to take the matter to consumer affairs for remedy.
I can't thank you enough for the work you done and the integrity, honesty & due diligence in repairing my car.

Ace Mechanics is great! my ute needed a massive job 8 hours Will and Lucky were doing the job in 37 degree heat and while pouring rain. They were both amazing! Cant thank them enough!
