Will offered exceptional service! He was kind, transparent with billing and had great character. Will drove out to do a labour diagnosis and scan test. Turned out I had a cracked radiator which he was able to repair on the spot.I’d highly recommend ace and Will to friends.
Will be using their services again in the future

I called them about a car inspection.
Not only did I book it the day after I called but the process was smooth not rushed at all. The mechanic was named will and was professional in telling me how to get the best value out of the car inspection not only in terms of the car it’s self but the price I could get it down to what the mechanic found. Also recommended me places to get high quality parts without thr premium place. Will Definetly enquire when looking to buy another car

Massive shout-out to Ace Mechanics and especially Nirmal Singh!!!! He serviced our car and did everything I asked for as well as checked anything else that required maintenance.
I rang these guys up at very late notice and they were very quick and efficient with their service, pretty much within 24 hours or less they were at my door.

Would definitely recommend Nirmal especially.

Needed a new starter motor Ace mechanics sent me Will, a mixture of professionalism and charisma. We shared numerous laughs and stories on top of that finally got my car to start, perfect customer service if you ask me. i was so happy with his work on top of what he invoiced me i offered him a 50$ tip and his response “The smile on a customers face is enough for me” i took his personal details down immediately Loved Ace’s Customer support team and Will’s approach would recommend.

Nirmal Singh came out to inspect a Honda Jazz that I was looking to buy as fast as an hour after I got off the phone with him. Report came in 2 hours after with a phone call running me through his findings. Fast, efficient, only pointer I had is that he was a little hard to hear over the phone combined with the fact that I sometimes felt I didn't understand the car parts he was referring to.

Just had a car inspected that I am potentially going to buy. The mechanic was Nirmal Singh who was amazing and very helpful. Very clear when going through the report with me and overall very satisfied. Will definitely use Ace Mechanics if I plan to purchase another second hand car again!

I spent days trying to diagnose this, i would have never thought this was the issue. Not only was he patient and explained everything he was doing (im very particular about who works on my car) but he explained how he would fix it and was very careful with my car. It Did not take long to fix and for the call out price on a weekend to get all my lights working again on a really hot day i cannot complain honestly. He deserves a raise honestly

I had Nirmal Singh work on my patrol yesterday. He was early, polite and has very good work ethic. He showed me and explained the invoice. Really nice bloke. I’m a qualified electrician of 27 years and was a supervisor and project manager. I have been around 1000’s of tradesman and I can tell if a person is any good. This guy is very good. He wouldn’t even take a $20 tip. Ace are my new mechanics because of Nirmal. Look after this bloke ace, he’s one of the ones that will draw customers in( I’m telling my family and friends). Professional as they get.He had to leave to get a filter and have lunch, he was back working on the car under 30 min. Thanks Nirmal I appreciate your work. I need more work done and will be going to ace, only thing is that I want Nirmal to do it

Used Ace mechanics for a service after my usual service centre closed down. Really easy and convenient, and the mechanic, Liam, also explained how I could fix my tyre pressure monitors, which had stumped the previous dealership service centre. Will definitely be using them for future services

Ace Mechanics did a fantastic job on diagnosing and resolving the issue with my car. Nirmal was the mechanic and he was outstanding - explained what the issue was and what needed to be done. Cause the car was not able to be moved Nirmal did the repairs onsite at my premises which saved me the hassle of getting the car towed again.

I had to drive interstate on really short notice and Ace mechanics were at my place at 8am the car was sorted by 11-30 am so I was able to set off knowing my car was in top condition which gave me peace of mind

After reading the reviews onACE mechanics I decided to give them a go and had Osman out which was honest reliable punctual and very hard-working. He did a check over on my daughter‘s vehicle and told us what we needed and an upfront cost which was greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work Guys as we need good and honest mechanics out there.

I used ACE MECHANICS to repair the power window that was damaged when someone smashed the window. I tried to book an appointment in the official car dealer, but I couldn't book it until a month away when I need to fix it asap as the window did not close. ACE MECHANICS scheduled the appointment in two days and they sent Luke who is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable mechanic. He managed to find the parts, pick it up and came back to fix it within a couple of hours. The total price is reasonable and I definitely recommend ACE MECHANICS and Luke to anyone who needs to fix Auto electric issue!

Amazing Service. Nirmal Singh came out to the house and replaced my radiator and had me back on the road in no time. Nirmal was extremely knowledgeable on my vehicle and fully explained the issue, provided the necessary information for the repairs and completed the job within the agreed timeline and at the quoted cost.
This was incredibly convenient and potentially saved me a significant amount of money, as if I had tried to drive it from my home to a repair shop, my car overheating could have caused even more problems.
I fully recommend this service especially if you are unsure if you should be driving your vehicle for repairs.

NORM! The best mechanic out there! Goes so far above and beyond and even teaches you a few things along the way. Mechanics as good as norm are very hard to find, and ACE is extremely lucky to have him. As frustrating as car troubles are, l know the problem will be solved with Norm.

I used this company’s services and got an appointment in less than 24 hours. Liam showed up and was extremely professional and competent. My car was stuck on level two of an underground parking lot with a flat tire and a dead engine. He changed the tire, towed the car, and then replaced all four ignition coils—all in just two hours, including diagnostics and ordering the parts.

The price was extremely reasonable considering the breakdown and towing, just $700. I would have certainly paid much more elsewhere. So, thank you, Liam, and thanks to this company.

I’ve read some negative reviews, but let’s not forget that these are skilled professionals who deserve recognition for helping us in difficult situations when we don’t have the expertise ourselves.

Your customer service is greatly appreciated, James the mechanic who attended our home this morning was very helpful, informative & kept us up to date whilst working on the vehicle.
James explained everything that was completed on the vehicle and what also needs doing to be at a Roadworthy state, which is peace of mind for us.

Called around 12 noon mobile mechanic arrived around 1.30pm job completed approx 4.00pm.
Mechanic explained very clearly
what the problem was before commencing the job and how much it was going to cost.

I had ace come out to do an independent assessment of my vehicle and diagnostics after another mechanic failed to repair an issue after 5 days and because I had doubts around the work they stated they completed.
My mechanic diagnosed correctly all issues and then subsequently repaired the vehicle and completed the works the previous mechanic failed to compete within 3 hrs
He provided a full report with photos which I will be using to seek compensation and to take the matter to consumer affairs for remedy.
I can't thank you enough for the work you done and the integrity, honesty & due diligence in repairing my car.
Trust is so important especially as I am a female and I will not be using another mechanic in the future. I highly recommend to anyone thanks again

I needed a roadworthy on my car, ACE MECHANICS exceeded my ecpectations at every turn! Stephanie arranged the pickup of my car ON THE DAY I called (the nearest competitor needed a week) and kept me updated throughout the process - Luke picked up at 12 and dropped back to me by 8:30 the next morning!

Liam was polite, professional and offered advice that was helpful. He also polished my very worn headlights to make them look like new! I’ve posted what they looked like before and after. easy to book a mechanic over the phone for a time that suits me, the lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding.
Nick, the mechanic who came out to replace the alternator was here in the time frame quoted , he got to work on my car in some not so pleasant weather, and had it done in 1.5 hours . would use their service again and recommend them to others who need a mechanic to come to their car to fix it.

I enquired this morning via website as I required a new alternator and my car was completely dead.
I got a phone call from the company within 5 minutes and was booked in for a couple of hours later. Ali was the mechanic and he rang me to let me know when he would arrive etc. He completed the job professionally and efficiently and kept me in the loop.

My central locking had failed in 3 of my 4 doors. Mechanic came to my house had parts ordered within an hour. Then scheduled a day that suited me for install. Had the job finished in under an hour and very friendly service. Highly recommend if you work a lot like myself. As they come to you while you work.
